While working at Gary Lee Partners, I got the opportunity to work on an existing, raw, retail space was transformed into a modern chic amenities space for residents living in the associated high rise building.

The owners of this space sought to retain the architecture but soften its formality. As an almost total re-gut project, this was done collaboratively with a local architecture firm.
